Caledon Pan Am Equestrian Park renovation progress: a video tour

With just over 100 days to go until the TORONTO2015 Pan Am Games, work crews have made excellent progress on the new builds at the Caledon Pan Am Equestrian Park this winter.

“The beauty and functionality of the Park will be celebrated by Caledon residents for years to come,” said Mayor Allan Thompson. “To see the final phase(s) come to life is so exciting. Caledon is Pan Am ready!”

This month – the coldest February since 1875 – the new structures have come to life and Bethany Lee, Communications Manager, was on-site to interview Sherry Brake, Project Manager, and Craig Collins, Chair of the TO2015 Sport Organizing Committee (Equestrian). Together they tour the site of the community room, which will seat 150 people, the indoor competition arena and the stabling area.

“We have done some research and have found that ours is the largest indoor competition ring in Canada,” said Collins.
