Do certified coaches HAVE to purchase the Coach Licence?

For the time being, certified coaches can purchase the Registered Coach Status. The Licenced Coach Status is only required if you are coaching at a Gold or Platinum EC sanctioned competition, work as a Coach Developer, evaluate Rider Levels, deliver Rookie Riders, or are coaching a national team. As an active certified coach, you would receive a 15% discount off the cost of the Licenced Coach status and may hold any level of EC Sport Licence needed for any other roles. If you are simply coaching and not competing as an athlete or an owner of a competitive horse, the bronze status may be all that’s needed, reducing the cost of the Sport Licence required.
