Will the Licensed Coach Status only be given to active, EC certified coaches or can coaches with other coaching certifications or many years of experience qualify for the Licensed Coach Status?

The Licenced Coach Status is available to any EC NCCP Certified Coach or Instructor, OR a coach who has:
– Recognized formal training (other national coaching certification or Advanced Coaching Diploma);
– Post-secondary education in equine; or,
– 15+ years of coaching experience.
Proof of alternate certification or experience will be requested by EC during the application process.
