What is GRIT?

GRIT is an elite, athlete-centered program designed to elevate the performance of equestrian athletes. By integrating specialized training, education, and support services, GRIT helps riders and coaches push the boundaries of high-performance equestrian sport. This program is unique in its approach, offering comprehensive athlete testing, enhanced training, and holistic support to those who show the potential to reach the podium.

Why Attend the GRIT Fall Training Camp?

This camp offers a rare chance to immerse yourself in a cross-discipline, high-performance environment. Over three days, you’ll gain insights from top industry performers and trainers, including the legendary Ian Millar and Christilot Boylen, who will lead as Technical Advisors. The camp is designed to be more than just observation—it’s an opportunity to connect, reflect, and enhance your understanding of what it takes to excel in equestrian sport. 

Here’s what to expect:

• Day 1: Focus on identifying and developing technical physical skills.
• Day 2: Learn to correct and integrate these skills into competitive environments.
• Day 3: Watch GRIT athletes partake in a modelled competition with an emphasis on tactical and mental integration.

You’ll also have access to the GRIT Integrated Support Team, including Performance Advisor Ruth Allum, physical therapists, mental performance consultants, and strength and conditioning coaches.
