Introduction to EC NCCP Certification (online)

Please note that this course is scheduled for Ontario – Eastern Time, November 20, 2024

You must attend the whole class to receive credit.

This course introduces coach candidates to the training and certification process for EC NCCP Certification. Coaches looking to get certified as Instructors or Competition Coaches should begin with this training to cover:

• Determining the appropriate certification pathway,
• Training available and recommended for candidates,
• NCCP Locker account setup,
• Completing mandatory training and evaluation modules,
• Using the ECampus,
• Completing registered coach status,
• Evaluation options,
• Live training opportunities,
• Finding a mentor.

• Once logged on to MyEC, scroll down and click the ECampus
• This will put you on the ECampus homepage. Click “Catalog” on the top menu bar, and then “Live Training” in the drop-down menu. This will list all the courses currently open for registration.

*Note: If you haven’t set-up your MyEC account yet, no problem! Follow the prompts on the MyEC home page to get started. You can set-up a free account without having to purchase an EC Sport License.
