"It is hard to put into words just how instrumental my three years on the Ontario Equestrian GRIT team have been in my growing equestrian career. The abundance of information in all parts of the equine industry has provided the tools to grow as a horsewoman and as an aspiring athlete. The GRIT program gave me multiple opportunities to take my training to the next level through lessons with top equine coaches as well as strength and conditioning athletic training sessions, support of fellow ambitious athletes, and sports psychology and nutrition professionals. I am forever grateful for the many opportunities and numerous connections that I have made on this team."
