GRIT Team Member

"The Ontario Equestrian GRIT program is an excellent opportunity with numerous resources to benefit athletes. The GRIT program assisted in my success as an equestrian athlete through training camps with top professionals in the sport and specialized strength and conditioning workouts. The representation of three disciplines in this program provided me with valuable lessons that I try to incorporate into my own training. The team aspect of the GRIT program provided me with valuable connections and opportunities to collaborate with my fellow teammates. The GRIT program reinforces the fact that our equine partners are elite-level athletes and provides educational seminars on a variety of topics, to enhance the care for these equine athletes.
