MAAAX™ LONGfibe™ forage cubes can now be found in the feed room at Millar Brooke Farm, the legendary Show Jumping barn in Perth, ON. operated by 10-time Olympian Ian Millar, his daughter Amy Millar, and son Jonathon Millar.

“Like all horse owners, I too have struggled with getting good quality hay for my horses, or enough of it,” says Ian Millar. “Although we have our own fields in Perth, some years are just not ideal. MAAAX™ LONGfibe™ has given Millar Brooke Farm the opportunity to feed our horses high quality, consistent forage all year long. The product is highly palatable, dust free, convenient and, most importantly, the horses love it.”

MAAAX™ Equine Feed is sponsoring Millar Brooke Farm and is providing their horses with its high quality Ontario-grown and processed forage cubes, which are available exclusively to members of the Ontario Equestrian Federation. Among the Millar Brooke horses eating the forage cubes are four well-known names that will serve as brand ambassadors:

Teddy Du Bosquetiau, a Belgium-bred gelding that competed at the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am Games with Emily Kinch from the Barbados. After the Games, he was sold to the Millars and went on to win the $75,000 Caledon Cup Grand Prix and Caledon Cup Championship.

Heros, a Belgium-bred gelding that won the $35,000 Grand Prix at Anglestone and the $35,000 Phase 2 of the Caledon Cup in 2015, among several other noteworthy Grand Prix victories.

Calvin Klein, a Swedish Warmblood gelding that was part of the winning Nations Cup team at the CSIO 4* in Mexico in 2014 and finished 6th in the $400,00 Queen Elizabeth II Cup at Spruce Meadows and 5th in the $500,000 CSIO Grand Prix in Wellington, FL. in 2015.

Star Power, a Dutch-bred gelding purchased by the Team Works syndicate in 2010 with one goal in mind: the 2012 London Olympics. He placed 9th individually and 5th in the team results.

“Any opportunity for me to get better quality forage with no waste and the consistency that MAAAX™ provides was a no brainer,” says Millar. “We take it to all of the shows we go to and our horses are looking and performing better than ever. MAAAX™ has become a pivotal part of the feeding program at Millar Brooke.”
