The Ontario Equestrian Federation is pleased to announce a new partnership with Horse Country Campground that will give members discounts on horse camping and family vacations to encourage more people to hit the trail this summer.
“For many of our members, the perfect day with their horses is one spent on the trail,” says Dianne Graham, the executive director of the OEF. “This new member benefit is just the beginning as we work to meet the needs of our recreational riders. We’re very excited about this partnership and think our members will really enjoy bringing their horses – and their families – to this campground.”
The partnership for 2015 will provide OEF members with a number of benefits, including 10% off regular camping rates. OEF members will also have a chance to win one of 19 free camping weekends by completing a survey on the OEF website. The OEF and Horse Country Campground are also in the process of planning a special OEF weekend for members. Stay tuned for further details.
Located just 45 minutes west of Ottawa, Horse Country Campground is a resort destination in the Ottawa Valley offering horse camping facilities (with corrals) and access to over 40 kilometres of trail systems, including access to the Ottawa River. Campers have access to resort amenities, including showers, pool, hot tub, beach, a restaurant and nightly entertainment. Activities include kayaking, white water rafting, biking, volleyball and much more.
