Long Term Equestrian Development (LTED)

The Long-Term Equestrian Development model is a framework for an optimal training, competition and recovery schedule for each stage of athletic development. Coaches who engage in the model and its practices are more likely to produce athletes who reach their full potential.

This roadmap provides a clear age and stage appropriate pathway for success whether it’s a child or adult wanting to learn how to ride.
