Equestrian Canada Bronze & Silver Competition
EC Bronze and Silver competitions are required to use Equestrian Canada judges for Hunter/Jumper and Dressage competitions. All riders are required to have a valid Ontario Equestrian membership and valid EC sport licence of the same level or above to compete. (i.e. to compete in a bronze competition, riders must hold a bronze EC sport licence). To compete in Silver sanctioned competitions, horse owners must also hold a Silver sport licence and horses must have an active EC Horse Recording.
Benefits of sanctioning your competition:
- Ontario Equestrian and Equestrian Canada proudly promote EC-sanctioned competitions on website event calendars.
- Ontario Equestrian provides organizers with support as needed prior to, during and following competitions. An Ontario Equestrian representative can be reached by phone or email during the week to answer any questions you may have. Organizers can also call Equestrian Canada’s competition hotline (613-287-1515 ext. 199) on the weekends during show season.
