She contributes to her riding by working multiple jobs, including barn chores, pet sitting, and babysitting, demonstrating a strong work ethic and passion for horses. Taylor’s journey in equestrian sport has been shaped by her resilience, overcoming an early injury, returning to the saddle, and building confidence through mentorship and hard work. She has played an instrumental role in bringing along a green horse, Lexi, into a calm and capable school pony. With the support of her coach and community, Taylor has grown as both a rider and a leader at her barn. Taylor plans to use the bursary to pursue new competition opportunities and continue her development in the sport she loves.
