"I was excited to be a part of the GRIT program because it is a great opportunity to learn the steps to take to reach the top of the sport from those who have been at the top level of equestrianism for years. It is an opportunity to learn from the best in the sport while making connections with like-minded young riders in the industry. Equally, I am looking forward to learning about skills that will benefit my riding, like strength and conditioning and sports psychology.
