RAWF Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in supporting OE at the 101st Royal Agricultural Winter Fair! We are looking for volunteers from November 3rd – November 12th. The Rookie Riders space is open for 10-days at the trade show. There are 4 volunteer spots available each day in 3-4 hour blocks

Volunteer Duties

Help the participants learn about Rookie Riders
Assist the participants in learning barrel exercises
Help the participants mount and dismount the barrels
Assist the Rookie Riders Instructors wherever necessary
Ensure each class follows the schedule
Clean and disinfect equipment between classes

Volunteer Perks

Receive an OE-branded long-sleeve shirt
General admission to the Royal (excluding the evening horse show)
Commit to 3-4hr shifts (or more) and get a $25 per diem (mileage and parking not included)

If you are a high school student requiring sign-off on your volunteer hours please send documents to b.hall@ontarioequestrian.ca or bring them with you at the time of your volunteer shift.

OE Volunteers will receive (1) shirt to wear during the event. Please note that the shirt fits small.
